Donors have pledged more than four billion U.S. dollars to help vaccinate more than 80 million children in impoverished countries. Al Jazeera features British premier David Cameron in this news clip, and speaks to Helen Evans, the interim chief executive officer of Global Alliance for Vaccines and Immunisation (Gavi), who explained the significance of the announcement.
