Ugandan Govt to Phase Out Slums

Slums in the city of Kampala are to be phased out under a three year strategic plan that will see several other urban centers also rid of slums. The project will be undertaken with the help of Slum Dwellers International , according to State Minister for Housing Sam Engola.
