In a news clip from the satirical South African news channel, Nelson Mandela instructs his long-time aide Zelda le Grange to call Colonel Muammar al-Gaddafi at the behest of Desmond Tutu, who tells Mandela: "When friends are doing bad things, you should call them and tell them they are being bad."
