The tourism sector in Kenya has taken some big hits before, but it has always bounced back. This time, however, it is faced with the reality of unprecedented kidnappings of foreign nationals, by militants from Somali terror group, Al-Shabaab. And already there are indications that many tourists departed from Lamu after the weekend kidnapping of a French woman. And as Robert Nagila reports, a battered tourism sector could herald more bad news for the country's struggling economy.
