Jibril Vows to Quit after Libya 'Liberation'

Mahmoud Jibril, the prime minister and often the foreign face of Libya's National Transitional Council, has pledged to resign from government once the country is liberated.  There has been political infighting in the NTC, with some potentially damaging rifts opening up. Jibril's announcement came after news of a potential cabinet reshuffle emerged.  Al Jazeera's Hashem Ahelbarra reports from Tripoli.
