Uganda MPs Adopt New Rules of Censure

Parliament is moving towards providing rules of procedure for how anyone occupying the position of the prime minister or the vice president can be censured. The parliamentary committee on rules and privileges has adopted the proposal advanced by Rubaga South MP John Ken Lukyamuzi.
