Kenyan Lecturers Go on Strike

Learning at all public universities was paralysed today as lecturers, non-teaching and support staff went on strike demanding better pay, accusing the government of reneging on its promise to review their salaries and allowances. The government has declared the strike illegal while the high court issued an order halting the boycott. NTV's Jamila Mohammed reports.
