We Have No Money to Pay You, Kenya Govt Tells Lecturers

Striking university lecturers may now have to wait until the war in Somalia is over before their demands are considered. Higher Education Minister Prof Margaret Kamar says the government is currently giving priority to that war and has no spare cash to give to the dons. And as NTV's Jamilla Mohammed reports, the lecturers are vowing to stay put.
