Former Vice president Prof. Gilbert Bukenya is promising to win with a landslide the Busiro North by-elections slated for 1st December. The High Court nullified Prof. Bukenya's election last month flowing a petition by his challenger Kasta Bukenya who cited voter bribery. Prof. Bukenya, who addressed a huge rally after his nomination called for unity in the constituency.
