Supreme Court Refers Elections Date Dispute to the High Court

The Supreme Court of Kenya has issued its first ever ruling, declining to hear an application seeking its advisory opinion on the next general election date. The seven-member bench instead referred the matter back to the High Court where several applications on the same are pending. Brenda Wanga reports.
