DR Congo Helicopters in Ballot Papers

Ballot papers are being sent into remote areas by helicopter ahead of the DR Congo elections on Monday.

Peter Greste flew in one helicopter to Walikale in North Kivu, where he spoke Ntabo Ntaberi Sheka, a candidate who has been formally charged with the mass rape of 387 people. Sheka is running for one of the two seats available for the Walikale district.
