Police in Kampala have blocked demonstration planned for tomorrow here in Kampala by Conservative Party President John Ken Lukyamuzi in protest over the incessant load-shedding in the city. In a letter to police notifying it of the demo, Lukyamuzi who is also the Lubaga North MP warned that he would seek redress in the courts of law if the protest was blocked.
