KCCA Lord Mayor Erias Lukwago vowed not to be the ceremonial leader he was thought to be and promised to fulfill the pledges to his supporters for 2012. Today Lukwago proceeded to tour the city including the old and new taxi parks. However, this did not go without incident. For the second time in a row, the Mayor's fact-finding tour was disrupted, this time by an unidentified man.
