Suspended Deputy Chief Justice Nancy Baraza is not taking her suspension lying down. Two Petitions have been filed in the High Court, one by the Deputy CJ seeking to stop the tribunal formed to investigate her conduct, and another by a Malindi inmate challenging the JSC's petition to the president. The High Court has since dismissed Baraza's petition. Brenda Wanga reports on Nancy's battles and the hurdles faced by the tribunal.
