Egypt's newly elected parliament is planning to sit in a joint session for the first time. Its first task is to appoint a constitutional committee. The ruling military council has asked parliament to draw up a list of 100 people who will draft a new constitution. Al Jazeera's Mike Hanna reports Cairo.
