Kenya's national intelligence service is one of the key government authorities expected to help unravel, whether there was any truth behind allegations that the British government is working with the International Criminal Court, to nail President Mwai Kibaki over the 2007/2008 post election violence once he retires. NSIS director General Michael Gichangi and foreign affairs minister Moses Wetangula, are top on the list of officers to be summoned by the parliamentary committee on defence that is chaired by Wajir west mp Adan Keynan. And as Alex Chamwada reports, the committee may even have to visit London and the Hague, even as the British minister for Africa, Henry Bellingham is expected in the country next week, to help shed light on the matter.
