The Eritrean government has launched an official complaint over what it terms as violation of its territorial integrity by the Ethiopian army. Eritrea says it will not retaliate but wants the international community to intervene and enable it secure the border town of Badme which was awarded to it in 2002. Eritrea's complaint follows an incursion by the Ethiopian army into 3 Eritrean towns on Thursday.
