Journalist and blogger Dennis Itumbi is being held in police custody over claims of hacking the ICC website. His lawyer Njenga Mwangi says Itumbi may be charged on Monday but denied the journalist any involved with a sensational document tabled in parliament last Thursday by Yatta Mp Charles Kilonzo. The document purports to portray a conspiracy between the United Kingdom and the international criminal court to indict President Mwai Kibaki once he retires over the 2007/08 post election violence.
