Kenya: Expect Ocampo Four Trial Soon, Says ICC

Some developments on the Kenyan cases currently before The International Criminal Court, and the trial stage for the 4 Kenyans facing serious crimes against humanity charges could effectively start in a matter of days. According to ICC spokesperson Fadi Abdalah, the ICC presidency is expected to constitute the trial chamber any time soon. And in light of this anticipated move, the ICC has issued a stern warning to witnesses in the 2 Kenyan cases that they risk a jail sentence of up to 5 years should they give false testimony during the trials.
