Victor Bout, one of the world's most notorious arms dealers, will be sentenced in New York on Thursday. Accused of running a lucrative weapons dealing business across three different continents worldwide, he was arrested in Thailand four years ago. But, as Barnaby Phillips investigates, many believe there are "hundreds of Victor Bouts still out there".
