More than 400 unemployed graduates were calling for their rights to have decent jobs on Avenue Habib Bourguiba today. However ,Police did not refrain from using force to disperse the protesters and pushing them to the side roads. They were using clubs and tear gas. This comes 10 days after the government announced a ban on protests in Tunis's main avenue.
About 25 protesters were attacked, and most of them were immediately transferred to the hospital.
Protestors gathered once again by the union offices and raised slogans such as "bring down the government".
