Attorney General Professor Githu Muigai has today warned that Kenyans might never know whether the alleged UK dossier on the ICC which was tabled in parliament by Yatta Mp Charles Kilonzo was authentic or not. While testifying before the parliamentary committee on defence and foreign relations, Githu argued that the alleged authors of the dossier as well as those who tabled it in parliament have declined to be interrogated due to the immunity that they enjoy as per the law. Legislators Charles Kilonzo and Aden Duale who tabled the alleged dossier in parliament failed to appear before the committee citing the parliamentary privileges they enjoy. And as Chris Thairu reports, the alleged dossier remains as much a mystery weeks after a probe on the matter opened.
