"I can see again" are the words David Mathari from Kieni East District kept uttering repeatedly the night after he regained his eyesight. Mathari lost his eyesight in 2008, and was told by doctors that he had to adapt to living with blindness, because the optical damage was irreversible. But during his darkest moments, he sought solace in music, composing 5 songs, which four years later, would be transformed into the first album for the 32-year-old, who is now encouraging people through his music. Here is the story as suggested by our avid viewer from Kieni, Nyeri County, Simion Mathenge A.K.A Kanini Keega.
