The Kenyan cases at The Hague enter a crucial stage that will set the pace for trials. The defence team for Eldoret North Mp William Ruto and journalist Joshua arap sang will be pitching the argument for trials to begin after Kenya's forthcoming general election, but the prosecution's view is that it is up to the judges to decide.
