Real estate business in Uganda is now a trend with many investors taking to building estates and houses in vantage areas of the city. Usually,the natural scenery is sacrificed to pave way for concrete in the push for permanent structures. But for one developer, the struggle to set up an estate and maintain the natural state of his land which is partly a wetland has seen him compromise in the struggle to practice sustainable development.
