With the ongoing oil exploration efforts in Turkana County, the latest update coming through is that the Ngamia 1 Well has been found to have an additional potential of 43 metres of Oil.
According to a statement sent to NTV by the Africa Oil Corporation, the company handling the exploration in partnership with Tullow Oil, they disclosed that this discovery could raise the total Oil at Ngamia 1 from 100 meters to 143 metres. NTV's Aby Agina has more on that story.
