The vetting of high court judges resumes today  after the tenure of the vetting board was extended through an amendment to the vetting of judges and magistrates act, 2011. Meanwhile, chief justice Dr. Willy Mutunga on Wednesday oversaw the swearing in of 109 new magistrates to boost what he terms as the retail end of the judiciary. Our reporter Willis Raburu has more.
