Billions of dollars are being pumped in to meet targets for the 2016 Olympics as Brazilian officials have pledged to deliver the best summer Games ever. Rio de Janeiro currently stands as a virtual construction site but targets to regenerate the city on budget and on time are in full swing. Al Jazeera's Gabriel Elizondo went to find out more.
