Sports Minister Charles Bakkabulindi is on spot over the perceived government's neglect of sports only to take credit during victory.
Lawmakers on the Social Services Committee grilled Bakkabulindi and accused the government of poorly funding the Sports sector. Together with the Senior Minister Jessica Alupo, Bakkabulindi had a bitter exchange with lawmakers.
