The proposed nominations charges for women vying for elective posts by the IEBC continue to attract criticism from women aspirants. Conservative party leader Ruth Engeseni who is vying for the Kajiado North parliamentary seat in the upcoming by elections has said that the move is likely to lock out many women who have potential for good leadership. Engeseni was speaking as she campaigned for her parliamentary bid in Kajiado County.
