Who locked our girls in the dormitory and why? Where were their school caretakers when the fire started? Wasn't there someone nearby when they raised the alarm? These are just some of the questions parents of St. Theresa Asumbi girls primary school, in Homa Bay county are asking, after 8 pupils were burnt beyond recognition in a school dormitory last night.
