Leaders have reacted angrily to the latest killings in Tana Delta and are now questioning President Kibaki's ability to keep the country safe. The leaders say the attacks bear the hallmarks of an insurgency and as NTV's Nimrod Taabu reports, they want both the president and the Prime Minister to show leadership.
