As debate continues on whether or not to deploy the military in Tana River, human rights campaigners are alarmed by what they claim is an attempt by police to breach the law in Tana River. The Kenya National Commission On Human Right is particularly worried about what police called legal obstacles as they seek to fight the militia in Tana River.
