Protesters in Standoff with Police in Cairo

As protests continue in cities across the world, hundreds demonstrated near the US Embassy in Cairo where a massive concrete wall has been built to keep crowds back.

A small group of protesters are still involved in a standoff with police near the US embassy. Police have been firing tear gas to try to disperse them.
