Chief Justice Proposes Stiff Sentences for Child Abuse Offenders

Chief Justice Benjamin Odoki wants a minimum of sentence 15 years and maximum of life imprisonment for those found guilty of any acts of violence against children. Odoki who was officiating at a Prayer breakfast in Kampala to promote non violence in schools lamented about the increasing number of child abuse which he says should be taken seriously.
