Special Programmes Minister Esther Murugi said she had no apologies to make over her remarks on acknowledging the existence of homosexuals and lesbians which sparked uproar. Gay and lesbian coalition program manager David Kuria also said besides being ignored in HIV prevention messages, these individuals are often discriminated by health service providers.
