A Senior Sergeant-At-Arms at Parliament has withdrawn assault charges against Makadara MP Mike Mbuvi alias sonko a day after National Assembly Speaker Kenneth Marende summoned the Powers and Privileges Committee, and the Director of Public Prosecutions Keriako Tobiko gave police seven days to investigate Sonko's alleged assault on the Senior Parliamentary staffer.
