As the tour of the International Criminal Court prosecutor winds up, Fatou Bensouda created the impression that she was getting solid support from the Kenyan government amid claims that her efforts to secure information was being frustrated by the same government.

Bensouda said the two principals, the chief justice, the cabinet sub-committee on ICC had all undertaken to help her with information she needs expeditiously. But as Sylvia Chebet reports, Bensouda is battling against time to collect the evidence she requires to consolidate her case against the four Kenyan suspects indicted at the Hague-based court.
