Six Kenyan universities have been ranked among the top 10 institutions of higher learning in the East African region. According to research carried out by CPS International, the ranking was based on the usage of ICT in the university. Makerere University Business School in Uganda emerged number one, followed by Strathmore University in Kenya, while, Busitema University in Uganda was ranked third. However, Kenya emerged the best overall in the region.
