Police Wives in Uganda Hold Demontrations

A day after a similar demonstration in Kireka, the wives of police officers in Ntinda police barracks today protested over various problems including power cuts, poor accommodation and food shortage.
The women barred Kampala Metropolitan Police Commander Andrew Kaweesi from leaving the premises until their grievances were addressed
