Naivasha residents are still in shock after five more donkeys were found slaughtered in one of the estates.

So far, the number of donkeys slaughtered in the town has risen to 43 in the last two months.

The destination of the donkey meat is unknown although it is widely believed to be supplied in Naivasha and perhaps Nairobi City

The carcasses of the donkeys were found dumped near Mithuri Estate along the Nairobi-Nakuru highway by members of the public.
