Kenya: Kimathi University Launches Wildlife Conservancy Project

Kimathi University in Nyeri, has introduced Kimathi Wildlife Conservancy in Nyeri County. The project which is set on a 140 acres piece of land, is aimed at conserving the environment. The Provincial Director of Tourism in Mt. Kenya region Abdullahi Omollo said the project will open up some dormant attractions, as well as help communities diversify from their practices, some of which are unproductive.
