A master plan geared toward streamlining internet security in the country through the establishment of key infrastructure to enforce cyber security is being developed.

Rampant cases of cyber crime have seen fraudsters target banks, mobile money transfer services and even government websites raising concern at a time when the government was looking to digitize records, including those touching on land and other public assets.
