M23 rebels of eastern Democratic Republic of Congo are set to hold talks with representatives of the Kinshasa administration in Kampala tomorrow to resolve a conflict that has claimed hundreds of lives. The revelation made by the executive director of Uganda Media Centre - Fred Opolot comes amid reports of mutual suspicion between the two foes that has threatened to slide eastern DRC back to fighting.
