The Ogun state governor, Ibikunle Amosun has blamed the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) for failing in its duties to protect the nation's pipelines. The governor, who visited the scene of Arepo pipeline explosion on Sunday, frowned at inability of the corporation to give a lasting solution to the issue of pipeline vandalism in that area.
