Education Minister Mutula Kilonzo has maintained that Uhuru Kenyatta and William Ruto are not fit to vie for any elective seat in the country until their cases before ICC are heard and determined. The former justice minister has also differed with the attorney general for failing to fully co-operate with ICC.
