Kenya: Police Impostor Probe Team to Submit Report

A committee set up to investigate police impostor Joshua Waiganjo has until the 31st of this month to present its report. The committee made up of nine people is headed by commissioner Mary Auma Owuor and deputised by lawyer Kioko Kilukumi will investigate the circumstances under which Waiganjo was employed, who he worked with and who authorised his activities amongst other things. Waiganjo in the meantime has been remanded at the King'ong'o GK prison after he denied four counts of obtaining money by false pretences and impersonation.
