Whistle-Blowers Seek Protection in Uganda

The Association of Certified Fraud Examiners says that the failure to effectively implement the Whistle Blowers Act remains a contributing factor in the surging fraud cases where billions are siphoned out of Public Offices. Mustapha Mugisa, the association's President, says there are many cases of the covers of whistle blowers being blown while a number still complain of non payment of their dues.
