Uganda Communication Commission to Revoke Telecom Licences Over Poor Services

The Uganda Communication Commission is threatening to withdraw licenses from telecommunication companies that fail to meet the minimum quality standards of communication. The director of UCC, Godfrey Mutabaazi spoke to NTV's Solomon Serwanjja about new regulations that will allow the communication watchdog to punish errant telecom companies for poor service delivery.
