Kasule Accused for 1.4 Billion Fraud in Uganda

NTV can report that 1.4 billion shillings was allegedly paid to ghost pensioners as gratuity from the Ministry of Public Service in 2009. It is alleged that Obey Christopher the former Principal Account Public Service would generate the names before sending them to the administrator general for payment.
